Rooted Living is a community-based independent living program that provides safe, stable, and affordable housing for adults navigating major life transitions. We serve individuals reentering society, survivors of domestic violence, seniors, veterans, and those aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness.
Our fully furnished homes accommodate 6 to 9 residents and include internet, security systems, and essential amenities. With optional support services like transportation, wellness check-ins, and light housekeeping
